As the organization enters its next evolutionary phase, former President and CEO Sally Adelus passes the baton to Alderson. In her new role, Alderson will lead Hospice of the Valley as it continues to develop new programs and services to accommodate today’s dynamic healthcare landscape.
McHale has been hired as CEO of Chicago’s Catholic health system, Presence Health, which has about 350 hospice patients a day, and has plans to expand.
Ms. Ahern brings 30 years of health care experience that touches both the acute care hospital setting and end-of-life care setting, including hospice and palliative care.
