Sundy House Hosts Unique Caviar Tasting Event to Benefit Hospice of Palm Beach County Foundation
The Historic Sundy House provided the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable evening—a four course caviar tasting benefiting Hospice of Palm Beach County Foundation! Attendees of the Caviar 2.0 event on November 7th were greeted with a bit of bubbly, chilled Zyr Vodka and delightful bites of Steak Tartare and Vegetable Blinis topped with Petrossian Royal Kuluga Caviar.
The evening progressed to a four course tasting featuring caviar expert, JoAnn Economou of Petrossian Caviar, Certified Sommelier Stephanie Miskew and Executive Chef Lindsay Autry of the Sundy House. Chef Autry created an exquisite caviar focused menu designed to bring out the flavor of each of the caviars without overpowering it. As each course was presented, the three experts guided the guests through each of the pairings with in-depth descriptions of the ingredients, the caviars and how the wines were selected. The final course was presented by Pastry Chef Sarah Sipe with her light and airy Cloud Cake topped with Passionfruit “Caviar.”
