Hospice Pharmacy Solutions, a Dallas-based pharmacy benefit management service (PBM), announced Monday that it has merged Sacramento-based hospice PBM Outcome Resources into its operations. The announcement was made jointly by Mike Nault, CEO of Hospice Pharmacy Solutions, and Jack Sayler, president of Outcome Resources.
“Both companies have a proven track record of delivering customer service excellence and cost- effective pharmacy benefit management services to hospice providers,” said Nault. “With the combination of our clinical programs and dedicated professional staff, along with new investments in technology, we will lead by delivering unique, innovative solutions to our clients.”

The corporate headquarters will be in Dallas and will operate under the name Hospice Pharmacy Solutions. The new executive leadership will include Nault as executive chairman and Sayler as president.
The leadership team also includes Hansil Kalaria, senior vice president of Operations; Beckie Long, vice president of Account Management; Ly Dang, vice president of Operations; and Corey Petry, vice president of Sales.

Other services include medication reviews, education programs, online enrollment and technology enhancements.
